| Shipping Policies Please note that we strive to get you the best shipping cost possible, also that shipping to a commercial address or loading dock is the least expensive way to go. A lot of folks do not have commercial addresses or a loading dock, so we try to ship to the closest truck line terminal thus saving an extra $100 shipping versus shipping to a residential address. It is not the weight that we are contending with, but when the trucking companies see a residential address they automatically send a lift-gate truck. This is where the extra charges are incurred. IF we incur extra freight charges from the freight line because the address we were given is a residential address, your credit card will be charged the extra amount. This is done in case there is no one to help the driver unload an item, he has a way to off load. It is your responsibility to check for damage upon receiving your products. If there is any damage it needs to be reported to the driver before he leaves. It is very difficult to file a claim with the shipper once the driver has left the premises.
